What we collect on this site
This is an information website. There are no booking forms, accounts or payments here, so we do not ask you for your name, address or card details. If you ring the shop or message us on social media, we only use what you tell us to answer you.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets cookies in your browser and records things like the pages you view, your rough location (city level), and the type of device you are using. We do not use it to identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
Embedded content
Our home page and Gallery embed Google Maps and a Google Street View tour. Those services collect data under their own privacy policies as soon as the content loads — we have no control over what they do with it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
